On Friday evenings while our Jive youth programme takes place from 17h30-19h00, we welcome all the parents dropping their children off for Jive to stay and join us for a light meal and coffee.
It is really just a time off fellowship and relaxing after the busy week past. We generally do bring and share snack or burgers/boerie rolls on the skottle.
It is great to meet new parents and get to know each other better, to catch up on the week and chat about life in general.
We found there were a lot of parents dropping their children and going for a cup of coffee or dinner before fetching them again, and so we decided to offer this at the church. It has become such a great social time of fellowship, and we look forward to seeing it grow.
If you drop off a child at Jive you are very welcome to join us.
